The Community Hospice helps more than the patient. Death of a loved one brings enormous changes to those "left behind". That’s why we incorporate grief and bereavement programs into all our services.
All of our grief and bereavement programs and services are free and available to everyone, regardless of whether the person who died was a hospice patient.
We offer individual and family counseling, as well as groups for people who’ve experienced a similar loss. We also offer special programs for children, including Wave Riders and Camp Erin.
And because grief comes in many ways, we offer a special grief crisis counseling team to help people in the community during trying times.
