Community Hospice patient Jay Belfield proudly served his country, but recently was too ill to join other veterans on an "Honor Flight" to Washington. So hospice volunteer Sue Freer made a couple calls...and succeeded in getting representatives from Leatherstocking Honor Flight and the Patrot Guard to pay him a special visit at Baptist Health Nursing Home, where he lives with his wife Lil.
