Two years ago, we were privileged to care for retired Albany Police detective Tod Mulrooney. His wife Judy organized an incredible memorial breakfast last spring and this spring...and this year raised $3,421 in his honor to help other Community Hospice patients!

The Community Hospice added 2 new photos.

Chaplain Gerry Ladouceur and nurse Sandy Millard are just two of the many Community Hospice staff members heading out in the snow to see patients and, in several cases, bring them medicine. Sandy’s meeting up with another of our nurses to go visit a patient who lives on a lake near the Vermont/Massachusetts border.

More than 300 Community Hospice patients are enjoying Christmas in their own homes, enveloped in love and warmth from family and close friends.
