Nurses, Health Aides and other Health Professionals

Consider a rewarding new career path

In years past, patients would go to the hospital, or their doctor’s office, to receive care and treatment. Not so much anymore. Today, patients prefer to stay home, where they’re most comfortable…and where they can still benefit from state-of-the-art medicine, delivered by compassionate, knowledgeable health care professionals.

If you’d like to be one of those special nurses or aides who bring care directly to the patient, as opposed to the other way around, the Eddy Visiting Nurse Association and The Community Hospice both have current openings. In most cases, our RNs and aides visit patients in their homes, although some members of our hospice team see patients in nursing homes and hospitals, or work in our admissions office. You need a car, but we provide a generous mileage reimbursement.

Here’s great news (besides the signing bonuses we offer): we’re going to make your part of the application process easy. Just pick up the phone and call us, and talk to a real human being about working for us! Nothing to upload, no more wondering if someone actually received your resume. Let’s start by having a conversation, getting your questions answered…and hopefully setting up an interview!
